The House
Charming townhouse of 48m2, cozy on 3 floors in Vieux-Hyères, cocooning for 2 and can also accommodate 4 people.
On the ground floor: real well-equipped and spacious kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Malongo espresso machine, fridge/freezer) , a ceiling light with integrated fan and dining area with 6 bar chairs, storage room with ironing board and vacuum cleaner, where 2 bicycles or electric scootering can be stored...
1st floor: pretty living room with TV, shower room and separate toilet.
2nd floor: master bedroom with very comfortable 160x200 bedding and a sea view of the Porquerolles islands over the roofs, ceiling light with integrated fan. Next to a small living room equipped with two convertible armchairs which can also be used as a secondary bedroom sleeping area.
The whole accommodation is at your disposal.
It is on 3 levels and is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties or with small children.

Hyères is a destination for everyone, you can make tourist, cultural, seaside, sports, nature holidays there and stay there in summer and winter because it benefits from an exceptional climate.
Departing from the house without touching a vehicle, you can stroll through the alleys of Old Hyères, along the arts trail, stroll through the lush gardens up the hill to the old castle, but also walk, hike, run or mountain-bike on the hills of Maurettes and Le Fenouillet 5 minutes away.
Are you more of a beach person? the closest are only 5km away, discover the peninsula of Giens, the islands of Porquerolles, the Var coast is very preserved, still wild, full of beautiful beaches and small secret coves. The coastal paths are essential for hiking, the inland roads for road biking, the beaches of L'Almanarre and La Bergerie for kiters.
